Before making furnace lining, the furnace body and inductor must be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. First of all, the inductor must be fixed and reliable. A certain gap must be reserved between turns. The connection between cooling water pipe and induction coil, water cooling cable and induction coil is reliable. It is especially forbidden to use magnetic materials such as iron wire for binding. If the gap between the turns of the induction coil is too small, it will cause short circuit and breakdown of the induction coil. Therefore, it is necessary to match the defective screw and nut. If the gap is too small, insulating materials should be used for isolation.

It is very important to match the coarse and fine lining sand. In order to obtain the ideal service life of lining, good sand should be selected, and the cost is very high. The reasonable particle size ratio is the key to improve the lining life. Because different particle sizes have different effects on the lining, the coarse-grained sand plays a skeleton role in the lining, so that the lining has a certain strength to bear the effect of various forces; the medium-sized sand can fill the gap of the coarse-grained sand, increase the bulk density, improve the sintering performance of the lining, and make the lining have good metallurgical properties The function of fine-grained sand is to ensure the continuity of sintering network and make the lining have good compactness. Therefore, the best tamping density and the lowest porosity can be obtained and the compressive strength of furnace lining can be improved by reasonable proportion of coarse and fine particles. The higher the tamping density of the furnace lining after knotting, the smaller the volume change during sintering and use, and the higher the ability of the furnace lining to bear various stresses. It is not easy to produce cracks, and has good chemical corrosion resistance.
