The chemical composition of raw materials refers to the chemical composition provided by the supplier, which can be used as the basis for batching calculation only after the chemical composition is verified by the factory and approved after production.

3. Burning loss rate of alloy elements in smelting process

The burning loss rate of alloy elements in induction furnace is the main basis for calculating its addition amount. This data should be summarized and put forward in combination with the actual production as the basis for calculation.

4. Charge calculation

The calculated charging quantity includes the quality of finished product (ingot, consumable electrode and casting), the quality of gating system (intermediate injection pipe, soup channel and pouring channel), and the quality of smelting burning loss (3% - 5% of the total charging quantity).
