Operation process of induction furnace

1 Preparation

A check whether the voltage of each incoming line is normal.

B check whether the water pressure and water circuit are normal.

C check whether the corresponding indicator lights of the main control board and inverter pulse are normal.

The above items can start the heating power supply under normal conditions.

No matter what kind of control circuit is used in the operation of induction furnace, when starting, the control power supply should be closed first, then the main power supply should be closed, and finally the intermediate frequency should be started. When stopping, it is just the opposite, first the intermediate frequency should be stopped, then the main power supply should be cut off, and finally the control power supply should be cut off.

Start operation:

A close the small air switch DZ to prepare for starting the intermediate frequency.

B close the control power switch SA, the power indicator HL1 is on, and the control power is powered on.

C press the main power on button SB1, the main power is powered on, and the sound of air switch closing can be heard.

D right turn the medium frequency start / stop button Sb3, and the operation indicator HL2 is on.

Slowly adjust the power regulation potentiometer PR and observe the frequency meter. If there is an indication and you can hear the middle frequency call, it means that the start is successful. After the start is successful, turn the potentiometer PR to the end at one time, and the & lt; start & gt; light on the main control board is off and the & lt; sub ring & gt; light is on. If the startup is unsuccessful, it needs to be restarted.

Stop operation

A turn the power potentiometer PR all the way counterclockwise, and all indicating instruments are zero.

B press the medium frequency start / stop button Sb3, the operation indicator HL2 is off, and the medium frequency stops,

C press the main switch off button SB2, and the main circuit is powered off.

D turn off the control power switch SA, the power indicator HL1 is off, and the control power is off.

E close the small air switch DZ before work
