Mesh belt dryer is a wide range of equipment, especially suitable for long drying time, large output, fragile materials or material shape requirements.
The mesh belt dryer is generally a multi-layer equipment. When the feeding and discharging materials are at both ends of the equipment, 3 layers and 5 layers are used; when the feeding and discharging materials are at the same end, 2 layers and 4 layers are used. The number of layers can also be designed according to the actual situation.
When the mesh belt machine is drying, the material is spread from the upper layer, and the other end of the layer falls into the next layer. When the material is falling, there is a guide plate to slide the material to the next layer, which plays the role of turning and mixing.
The material has a guide chute and an air lock plate at the outlet. The material depends on the weight, and the lock air plate is punched to reduce heat loss. When the wind pressure of the induced draft fan affects the air lock plate, it is necessary to manually determine the size of the outlet of the air lock plate and fix it.
