Fault analysis and treatment of induction furnace

A. the power adjustment knob is in the highest position. In addition to quenching load, other loads require the equipment to put the power adjustment knob at the minimum position when starting. If it is not at the minimum position, the over-current protection or main power switch protection will trip due to too large current impact.

B. when the current regulator fails, especially when the current transformer is damaged or the wiring is open, there is no current feedback inhibition when starting, the DC voltage will directly rush to the maximum value, and the DC current will also directly rush to the maximum value, resulting in the over-current protection or the main power switch tripping.

Treatment method: check whether the current transformer is damaged; whether the wiring from the current transformer to the circuit board is broken; whether the current regulator is damaged or open.
