According to the different output frequency, induction furnace can be roughly divided into: UHF, HF, UHF, if, etc. Different heating process requires different frequencies. If the frequency selection is wrong, it may not meet the heating requirements. For example, the heating time is too long, power consumption, low efficiency, uneven heating, and the temperature can not meet the requirements, which is easy to cause the scrap of the workpiece.

Heating induction furnace is mostly used for diathermy or quenching of various workpieces. Taking quenching as an example, the shallower the quenching layer is, the higher the frequency should be. The deeper the quenching layer is, the lower the frequency should be. In the same way, the smaller the diameter of the workpiece is, the higher the frequency is required; on the contrary, the larger the diameter is, the lower the frequency is required.

When it is used for brazing, drill bit, turning tool, reamer, milling cutter, drill bit, etc., and composite welding of different materials at the bottom of stainless steel pot, the larger the welding volume, the lower the frequency. Otherwise, the smaller the welding point, the higher the frequency.

When smelting in induction furnace. High frequency can be selected for small capacity less than 1kg, super audio can be selected for capacity less than 20kg, and intermediate frequency can be selected for capacity more than 50kg.
